Disease Resistant Elm Trees

Dutch Elm disease is still a huge problam, however if you are looking for Elm trees that are disease resistant take a look at the following species. (remember that disease resistant does not mean immune ....)

Ulmus Sapparo Autumn Gold a cross between Ulmus pumila and Ulmus japonica is perhaps the most disease resistant.
Ulmus americana is also said to be relatively disease resistant.
