Garden Lighting
Often overlooked when planing or designing a garden, lighting is an important element of garden design. Not only do well installed lights provide safety for access reasons, but they also can act to highlight features in the garden such as fountains, statues and even specimen trees.
Outdoor Lighting is in fact now an integral part of the overall garden design solution. Importantly it is also used to light entertainment areas and increasingly outdoor lighting is used to highlight garden features at night that can be viewed from indoors
Outdoor lighting installation solutions include:
- Low Voltage outdoor lighting
- Mains outdoor lighting
- Solar powered outdoor lighting
The issue of running costs does need to be considered and although solar is an attractive alternative from this point of view you will need to have battery back up if you expect good lighting levels to last into the evening.
